Design and Development

PoroGen offers complete design and development services. Possibilities range from modifying existing product designs to developing completely new products for production in customer supplied materials.

Customer Specified Design
Customer supplied specifications are first evaluated by PoroGen with regard to suitability with our manufacturing capabilities. PoroGen then translates the specifications into necessary CAD/CAM data. A pilot series of devices is typically produced, followed by series production of the desired number of devices. PoroGen seeks feedback from its customers at every step to ensure that the products produced meet the customers needs and expectations.

Customer Supplied Materials
Customer supplied materials must first be evaluated by PoroGen to determine if they can be effectively processed by our manufacturing technologies. If the material can be processed, PoroGen can then set-up and produce devices according to either a stock design or to a customer specified design.
