Possibilities
PoroGen offers custom scaffold development and manufacturing services using our CAD/CAM and RP capabilities. Possibilities range from simple modifications to stock PoroGen products to unique designs in customer supplied materials.
Customer Supplied Materials
Customer supplied materials must first be evaluated by PoroGen to determine if they can be effectively processed by our manufacturing technologies. If the material can be processed, PoroGen can then set-up and produce devices either to one of our stock designs or to a customer specified design.
Customer Specified Design
Customer supplied specifications are first evaluated by PoroGen with regard to our manufacturing capabilities. PoroGen then translates the specifications into CAD/CAM data. A pilot series of devices is typically produced, followed by production of the desired number of scaffolds. PoroGen seeks feedback from its customers at every step to ensure that the products produced meet the customers needs and expectations.
